Simple Installation Guide

1. Upzip the CadillacTight-WP.zip
2. upload folder ‘CadillacTight-WP’ to <root>/public_html/wp-content/themes/
3. Click Appearance > Themes
4. On the Manage Themes page, select and active the ‘CadillacTight-WP’

You can control how you would like to display featured post and regular post on front page using the theme options provided. You can also control the number of ad blocks to be displayed on your site. You can also change the color of this theme.
Below are the theme options settings that are available for this theme.

Theme color
There are 5 colors (blue, green, orange, purple, yellow) to choose from. Select any color from the drop down list box and click save changes.

Front page setting

Menu settings:
This CadillacTight-WP allows you to display either Pages or Categories in the menu.

Regular post (Show full content/Excerpt)
You can display either full content or excerpt of regular post on front page.

Sidebar Settings:

subscription heading allows you to change the heading of subscription section

Twitter ID: Input your twitter id here

Feedburner ID: Input your feedburner id here.

You can replace the subscription section with widget or your own code. To replace it with a widget, please drag and drop a widget into widget area 1. To replace this section with your own code, simply cut and paste your code.

Thumbanil Settings

1. Create a custom field called “Image” for each post:
- Name: Image (case sensitive)
- Value: samplethumbnail.jpg (file name)
Note: If no file is found, default thumbnail (/<theme folder>/images/featuredMedia/) will be used.

Post thumbnail (Enable/Disable):
You can disable the regular post thumbnail.

Ad Area Settings

Ad Area Settings (Enable/Disable): You can disable all ad blocks or any ad block.
- Ad block #1 (Enable/Disable)
- Ad block #2 (Enable/Disable)
- Ad block #3 (Enable/Disable)
